The overall site is composed of two triangle tracts with a state maintained highway running between them. One with 15.97 acres and the other has 23.40 acres. An abandoned rail spur runs through both tracts. Both tracts are adjacent to the Airbase Industrial Park fire station and the Newport Airport.

The site is owned by the Newport - Jackson County Industrial Development Board.
