This large, sub-dividable industrial site is approximately two miles from Hoxie and Walnut Ridge city limits in Northeast Arkansas. The property runs parallel to Interstate quality State Hwy 67 (future I-57), which borders the west property boundary. Currently no direct access. US Hwy 412/63 is located approximately 3 miles north of the property.
Union Pacific and Burlington Northern rail interchange system is located in Hoxie AR, 5.5 miles from the site. This interchanger allows trains to switch from one track to the other.
The land is currently being used for rice and soybean production and has been precision leveled. This land has 14 irrigation wells on the property, capable of producing hundreds of thousands of gallons of groundwater per day.
Water and sewer can be provided by the City of Hoxie. Electricity is currently provided by Craighead Electric Cooperative. Natural gas is available to the site through CenterPoint Energy.
The Walnut Ridge Airport is located 14 miles north of the site.
