The Crossett Industrial Park sits on the east side of Crossett providing easy access to U.S. 2, US 425 and AR 133. The boundaries of the park are: on the north, the Arkansas Louisiana and Mississippi railroad; on the south, Ashley 252; and on the east, 700 acres of forestry land with one owner. The 700 acres on the east side of the park is also dedicated to industrial development. A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed with the owner providing the terms for the purchase of the land as needed for industrial development.

The park is equipped with water, sewer, looped fire protection, hard-surfaced roads, natural gas, broadband internet, fiber-optics, rail service. A new fully staffed fire station is located less than a mile from the park. A fully staffed hospital with a 24/7 Emergency room is located less than 3 miles from the park. U. S. Highway 82 is less than a mile from the park, and U. S, Highway 425 is 8 miles from the park.
Both US 82 and 425 are currently being widened to 4 lanes and will provide four-lane access to Interstate 20, at Monroe, Lousiana.

Current tenants:
Ouachita Warehousing and Logistics, Delek Biofuels, and Alvar Resins currently make their home in the Crossett Industrial Park, and each facility is served by a rail spur to their facility.
Ouachita Warehousing and Logistics offer a full range of custom warehousing and logistic services.
Delek Biofuels produces 15 million gallons of biodiesel annually from a variety of feedstocks.
Alvar Resins produces a variety of products for the printing ink and varnish industries, as well as, road markings.
Weyerhaeuser owns over 1,500 acres of land surrounding the Crossett Industrial Park with Ashley 252 splitting the acreage into two tracts. Weyerhaeuser is currently growing Southern Yellow Pine on the land and is aggressively working with the Crossett Economic Development Foundation to market the land and timber for industrial development.
