The Springdale Technology Park is a 15-acre site that is home to Tyson Foods Incubation Center & Arkansas' only nanomanufacturing facility (NanoMech/Duralor), as well as, Whitbeck Labs. The Park has excellent four-lane access west to Interstate 540 as well as to the south to U.S. 412. The Park is bounded to the north by Huntsville Avenue, to the east by Monitor Road and to the south by Emma Avenue.
The Park has all utilities and served by fiber optics by both AT&T and Cox Communications.

The site is owned by the Springdale Public Facilities Board.
