The Mid-America Industrial Park is a publicly owned greenfield, currently used as farmland.  There are no floodplain, wetland, archaeological or endangered species issues.  The site is ideally suited for distribution and light manufacturing/assembly facilities.  It is located within 4 miles of the Union Pacific Intermodal Yard.

Family Dollar Regional Distribution Center, FedEx Freight(formerly Watkins Trucking), Sediver, Bosch, Carvnan and Hino all have facilities in the vicinity.

ASU Mid-South is located a short distance from the site. They have existing training programs in place to support local industry. The college will craft training programs to respond to the needs our business partners.
