The site is the former location of the Ever Corporation. The Newport Economic Development Commission completed demolition of the existing building in 2021. The 119,000 square foot concrete slab remains on the site. All utilities are on site.
Site Boundaries: The site is bounded by the Gränges Americas Aluminum Plant to the north, Arkansas Steel Associates to the east, AR Highway 367 to the west and Van Dyke Road to the south.
