This large, sub-dividable industrial site is approximately two miles from Hoxie and Walnut Ridge city limits in Northeast Arkansas. The property runs parallel to Interstate quality State Hwy 67 (future I-57), which borders the west property boundary. Currently no direct access. US Hwy 412/63 is located approximately 3 miles north of the property.
Union Pacific and Burlington Northern rail interchange system is located in Hoxie AR, 5.5 miles from the site. This interchanger allows trains to switch from one track to the other.
