The City of Berryville received a $1.5 million grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA) to provide the infrastructure needed to establish the 280+ acre development site on property located east of town. The project was also made possible by the regional planning efforts led by the Northwest Arkansas Economic Development District. In addition to our existing Berryville Industrial Park, the new Business Park includes City services and utilities and is shovel ready. Berryville collects no city property tax and is one of 85 Opportunity Zones (provides tax incentives to investors) in Arkansas, designated by the United States Treasury Department.
Sewer and water is available on the property. Access to the property is from U. S. Highway 62 and Primrose, a curb and guttered commercial grade street off Hailey Dr. The City is willing to subdivide for industrial and commercial.
